HobbyX Distributors is looking forward to being a partner in your future.

While some distributors carry a little from a lot of manufacturers, decide if your are big enough for them to sell to, make you purchase minimums, and send you to a call center to take your order. Other distributors have great customer service and talk about how big your margins will be from them. but then ding you for every little nickel that they can get. HobbyX Distributors wants to make it easy do business with us and help every small business succeed.

HobbyX is different in how we do things. How?

First we care about YOUR business, because if you do not succeed, neither do we. That is why we want to by your partner in the growth of your business. Every Dealer Application and Credit Request is personally reviewed by our Sales and Accounting management. Each Dealer is different and we want to evaluate your needs individually, not by a single policy.

Second, we actually listen to you when you tell us what your stores needs are, from products to marketing advice. No one knows what products your store sells and when they sell better then you. We want get to know these cycles so we can help design a seasonal product delivery plan that will minimize your warehousing and maximize your margins. How do we do this? one way is by giving you a 120-day Return Policy without any re-stocking fee's. Another is assigning you a dedicated Account Manager that will personally handle your account whether you have 1 store or 10 stores. They will work closely with you and personally notify you of new products, special prices, upcoming increases and help stage delivery of products so that they arrive in time. They also personally follow your orders from the time it is placed into our system, to the time it ships out.

When we decide to distribute for a manufacturer, it's usually because we have had requests from our dealers to carry that particular product line. We look at that manufactures track record on supporting the dealers and the distributors, the quality of their products and the RMA rate. If we approve them and negotiate a distribution agreement, then we commit to them and you to offer their complete product lines. Yes, that means everything from that manufacturer. Why? because this way you do not have to go to 2 - 3 distributors to get everything from manufacturer's product line.
